Refund Policy

 

 

Refund or Exchange:
a. If customer is not satisfied with the product or software they may initiate a request for refund & return of product within 7 working days from the date of document signed (same as date of product
purchased).
b. The return or request for refund to be initiated in written via mail or registered email.
c. In case of return or exchange of physical device, buyer has to bear the shipping and return charges or restocking fee i.e. 15% to 45% depending upon the product condition.
d. In case of product is physically damaged by the customer so seller has rights to deny the return/exchange request.
