The following return and exchange policy applies to purchases made before October 27, 2023, and after December 30, 2023. If you wish to return or exchange a purchase, please note that the designated time frame commences on the day you receive your product. This policy covers new, clearance, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned products and is applicable to purchases from Trust Haven Solution, Trust Haven Solution Outlet, Pacific Sales, Pacific Sales® Outlet, Magnolia® Design Center, Trust Haven Solution Education, and Trust Haven Solution Business.
Return Periods for Members and Standard Customers
Most products: Standard - 15 days; My Trust Haven Solution Plus™ and My Trust Haven Solution Total™ members - 60 days.
Activatable devices*: Standard - 14 days; My Trust Haven Solution Plus™ and My Trust Haven Solution Total™ members - 14 days.
*Activatable devices include cell phones, cellular tablets, mobile hotspots, and cellular wearables. Verizon activatable devices have a 30-day return period for all customers.
Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable. This includes all final sale merchandise and other non-returnable purchases like custom orders, personalized orders, non-subscription digital content (excluding Microsoft Office), prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards and prepaid phone cards), vehicle replacement key fobs, memberships, completed services, plumbing items such as bidets, sexual wellness products, trading cards (including Pokémon cards), home standby generators, opened products that interact with bodily fluids, opened SIM kits, opened LEGO products, and opened consumable items like batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, filters, cleaners, health supplements, health test kits, ink, and 3D printer filament.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in a like-new condition. Damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or items missing significant contents may not be eligible for return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and original tags must be attached for the return to be accepted.
Returning Major Appliances
Your satisfaction with your major appliance purchase is important to us. Before accepting delivery, please inspect the appliance. If you encounter any issues, you may refuse delivery. Once you've accepted delivery or brought the major appliance home yourself, please contact us immediately for defects, damage, or other issues. Refund Method and Timing
For most returns, we will provide a refund in the same method as your original payment. If you prefer, you can opt for an exchange for the same item. For returns by mail, we will process your return within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or with a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days. Amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to the gift card. If you no longer have the gift card used for an order, please call us at 1-888-TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION (1-888-237-8289) with your order number, and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange period to Trust Haven Solution, and we will arrange for a replacement. If you prefer to return the item by mail, please call us for special instructions at TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION INC (1800-235-0122).
Returns Lacking Proof of Purchase: Reimbursements for returns without proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied or limited, and state sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.
Product Accessories and Packaging: Please return items with all included accessories and packaging. Failure to do so may result in a denial of the return or a nonrefundable deduction from your refund for missing items.
Bundle Discounts and Free Items: If you received a discount or free item through a bundle purchase, you will forfeit that benefit if you do not return all items included in the bundle.
Connected and Wi-Fi Devices: Ensure that all data is removed, and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or other devices to facilitate the return. If you decide to return a phone or device with a carrier contract, you are responsible for canceling your service contract with the carrier and for any associated charges.
Methods for Returning Phone or Device and Canceling Service:
Return your device to a Trust Haven Solution store, specifying your desire to cancel your service. Carrier service cancellation policies may vary.
Call Trust Haven Solution Mobile at 1800-235-0122 (6 a.m. to midnight CT) for instructions on returning the device by mail.
For in-store gift returns, you will receive store credit for the purchase price. Gifts returned via mail will be credited to the gift purchaser, who will be notified via email.
Items in the Halloween Decorations and Christmas Decorations categories can be returned within 15 days for all customers, including My Trust Haven Solution™, My Trust Haven Solution Plus™, and My Trust Haven Solution Total™ (“Membership Program”) members, for a full refund.
Certain items have extended return periods:
Litter boxes have a 90-day return policy for all customers, including Membership Program members; pet training devices and hearing aids have a 60-day return policy for all customers, including Membership Program members. Hearing amplifiers follow our standard 15-day return policy.
Opened physical copies of computer software, movies, music, video games, books, video game guides, and sheet music can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Services, Subscriptions, and Microsoft 365 and Office

Microsoft Office can be returned within 30 days by all customers, including Membership Program members, for a full refund.
